Many people are seeking solutions to the problems they see in external world, such as politics or culture, but the real solution is and has always been right under our noses.

The answer to our suffering lies within each and every individual. 

Its only when a majority of us decide to look inward that the world we say we want will begin to manifest.

The ancients mapped out this internal terrain, and a path towards liberation from suffering exists. 

It has gone by many names over the millennia – Religion (particularly of the mystical variety), Philosophy, and what are known as the mystery schools of antiquity.

Internal work is the causal factor that will lead to the effect you see play out in your life.

we have to start from there if we want anything to change, whether that be in our own personal lives or in society as a whole.

although i Know this fundamental principle to be true, i am no expert in these matters and am simply a fellow seeker on the path.
